Lia Simone Bacon is an artist working in watercolor, drawing, cyanotype, and printmaking, with a wider practice in ceramics and furniture design.
Much of her work begins outdoors: on a trail, on a sailboat, at the edge of the water. She paints the places she’s been and the animals she meets along the way, and is happiest when she’s fully immersed in the natural world or making something with her hands.
